Intact is expanding its team and seeks a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to facilitate Agile Release Train events and enhance delivery practices. Your role includes collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align objectives and manage dependencies effectively. You will help implement SAFe principles while fostering team autonomy and self-organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate major ART events, including PI Planning and System Demos
• Coordinate agile teams and stakeholders for synchronized delivery




• Manage systemic dependencies and risks across value streams
• Ensure outcome-oriented flow of work with Product Ops
• Coach delivery teams to enhance execution effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Release Train Engineer
• Secure RTE certification is mandatory
• Mastery of Lean-Agile principles in practice
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools
• Bilingualism is required for Quebec candidates
