We are seeking a visionary leader for a dual-role position in Canada. You will drive strategic growth and market expansion across all business lines while leading the Marine Business Line with full P&L accountability.This is a key leadership role focused on accelerating growth, operational excellence, and aligning local execution with global objectives.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction for Marine and related business lines in Canada.Develop and execute growth strategies through partnerships, acquisitions, and organic expansion.Drive full P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial results.Build a strong sales pipeline and lead commercial strategy for long-term client agreements.Champion Health, Safety, Quality, Security & Environment (HSQSE) excellence.Represent the company with clients, government,
