Position Overview

We are hiring for a Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Platform & Personalization to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on AI-powered personalization, recommendation systems, and emerging agentic experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, data, and UX teams to deliver intelligent capabilities that improve user productivity, streamline workflows, and enable more proactive software experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of programs focused on AI-driven personalization, recommendation systems, and agentic workflows.
- Drive initiatives that enable intelligent systems to predict, recommend, and automate user actions within enterprise software products.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Platform teams to bring AI-powered capabilities into production.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery of AI-enabled features.
- Apply knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) workflows, including design, BIM, construction, and operations, to support AI-driven product initiatives.
- Help ensure AI capabilities align with real-world user needs, workflows, and business constraints.
- Support solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and accelerate customer value.
- Lead Agile program execution across multiple engineering teams delivering AI-enabled products.




- Drive clarity around requirements, priorities, milestones, and execution across complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Promote strong SDLC practices throughout experimentation, development, testing, and release cycles.
- Identify and manage program risks, particularly those related to AI performance, user trust, and product adoption.
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Platform organizations.
- Support the integration of shared AI capabilities such as recommendation engines, user models, and real-time intelligence across multiple product areas.
- Facilitate alignment among technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Track sprint execution, delivery progress, dependencies, and program milestones.
- Communicate program strategy, progress, risks, and business impact to executive stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear, business-focused communication.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and contemporary SDLC practices.




- Experience working with AI/ML platforms, data platforms, recommendation systems, or intelligent product capabilities.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) domain.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and industry-standard design platforms.
- Experience delivering AI-powered product features or agentic systems.
- Understanding of AI adoption challenges, trust, governance, and user experience considerations.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, telemetry, analytics, or data-driven product development.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience supporting AI platform initiatives across multiple product teams.
- Exposure to personalization strategies and recommendation engine architectures.
- Knowledge of real-time decision systems or intelligent workflow automation.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale SaaS products.
- Familiarity with executive program reporting and portfolio governance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification is an advantage.
