Reporting to the Vice President, this full-time role involves leading OCS's strategic communications, reputation management, and social responsibility initiatives. You will provide counsel on stakeholder engagement and crisis responses while fostering a culture of integrity within a diverse team committed to public accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement communications and social responsibility strategies
• Inform the Executive Team on stakeholder issues
• Spearhead crisis communications and media engagement




• Ensure consistent brand messaging and governance
• Develop initiatives promoting responsible cannabis use
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related fields
• 7+ years in a communications leadership position
• Solid strategic communications expertise
• Robust problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Preferred public sector experience
