This enterprise-wide leadership position focuses on developing strategies for Master Data Management while enhancing data governance and systems integration. Reporting to the Principal Director of IT, your role will encompass establishing data standards, improving data processes across multiple operating companies, and influencing strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide MDM strategy
• Establish governance frameworks and ownership models
• Support integration projects across operating companies
• Monitor and ensure data quality and consistency
• Train stakeholders on data governance practices
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years in data management or governance roles
• Experience with MDM and ERP systems integration
• Deep understanding of data governance methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
