As the Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting at Spin Master, your role is essential for guiding our external financial reporting and ensuring adherence to complex regulatory standards. Collaborate with the Global Controller on initiatives that further our digital transformation while preparing critical financial documentation that informs stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and interpret complex accounting standards
• Discuss financial reporting with CFO and Audit Committee




• Participate in the M&A; process and post-acquisition integration
• Enhance external financial reporting processes continually
• Partner with Global Taxation on legal entity reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in public accounting or a public company
• CPA or CPA, CA designation mandatory
• Expertise in financial reporting and technical accounting
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA for financial insights
• Solid writing skills for financial documents
