Leverage your expertise as a Security Compliance Consultant with LeverageTek, working in a hybrid model in the Ottawa area. Lead third-party risk management and security compliance assessments for top organizations.
This role requires a robust background in information security, cybersecurity governance, and third-party risk management. You will use your experience to develop standardized operating procedures, refine processes for risk management, and produce executive-ready documentation. Engage with stakeholders to gather input and present well-crafted recommendations for leadership approval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assessment of current TPRM and Security Compliance processes
• Develop and standardize SOPs for security compliance activities
• Document processes for third-party security deviations and risk exceptions




• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders in Security and Risk areas
• Produce and present final recommendations for executive review
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Information Security or Cybersecurity Governance
• Experience with regulated industries such as finance or government
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO standards
• Proven facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide executive documentation and presentations
