Dexterra Group is seeking a Chef Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations at a remote Horizon North camp in Lac De Gras, NT. You will plan menus, order ingredients, train staff, and ensure adherence to Food Safety and Horizon North protocols.
The role includes 12-hour shifts on a 14/7 rotation and travel to site is provided. The position requires a Journeyperson or Red Seal and SafeCheck/HACCP certification, with 10+ years in hospitality/food service and leadership experience.
