We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Oakville, ON to join our dynamic, tight-knit team at Leaps and Bounds: Performance Rehabilitation. Our clinic is known for its collaborative, client-centred approach and its strong reputation in the community for delivering high-quality care.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll provide hands-on treatment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and athletic therapists. You’ll have the freedom to use your clinical expertise to tailor treatment plans to individual client needs while working in a supportive environment that values both autonomy and teamwork.

This can be a contractor or commissioned employee position with some flexibility to create your own schedule.

Compensation

$60 - $80/hour

Qualifications

- Active registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance as required by CMTO
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to tailor treatment to client goals
- Comfortable treating orthopedic, athletic, and performance-focused clientele
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting
- Proficient with (or open to learning) Jane App for charting and booking
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Dual AT/RMT designation highly desirable
