In this managerial role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the quality strategy for current nuclear projects at Aecon. Your responsibilities will include developing project-specific requirements, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll set the groundwork for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality strategy development during bid phases
• Define quality requirements for nuclear project submissions
• Establish quality governance and oversight models
• Provide leadership in field quality oversight activities
• Ensure resolution of nonconformances and corrective actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in quality and engineering, preferably nuclear
• Strong knowledge of nuclear standards and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in developing quality governance frameworks
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
