In this role, your HR expertise will support managers in performance management, employee development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work on high-impact projects such as the Alto High-Speed Rail Network and contribute to a culture focused on well-being and inclusion. This position also involves utilizing People analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on performance and employee development issues
• Present People programs at staff meetings
• Manage performance appraisals and promotion processes




• Use people analytics to identify trends and insights
• Conduct exit interviews and manage processes with People Services
Requirements:
• 8+ years of HR experience with 3+ as a People Partner
• Knowledge of Canadian labor laws
• Proven track record in complex employee relations
• Effective communicator at all organizational levels
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
