The Opportunity

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join one of our Agile delivery teams within a digital transformation environment. In this role, you will act as a key leader in delivery excellence, ensuring alignment between business objectives and execution while supporting Agile practices at scale.

You will play a critical role in driving team performance, coordinating delivery activities, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage day-to-day delivery activities, including velocity, capacity, progress tracking, and release coordination
- Support initiative management, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
- Align development planning with broader delivery objectives
- Coordinate deployment activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clear and structured progress updates
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
- Ensure Agile ceremonies are well-prepared and executed
- Anticipate and remove blockers affecting team performance
- Promote accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement




- Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe)
- Ensure production readiness, including monitoring, documentation, and stability
- Contribute to incident and issue follow-up in production environments

What You Bring to the Table

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong experience coordinating Agile teams and delivering IT projects
- Solid understanding of Agile and traditional methodologies
- Experience working in complex, multi-project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of proactivity and ability to react quickly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team mobilization

Core Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Expertise in delivery planning, coordination, and tracking
- Knowledge of release management and deployment processes
- Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills
- Ability to manage priorities and ensure predictable delivery
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
