In this role, you will lead full project lifecycle delivery, ensuring projects meet or exceed all client, contractual, and company objectives. Projects in this division typically include ground-up builds, major renovations, and complex ICI construction.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leadership & Project Oversight
- Provide full leadership and accountability for assigned projects from start-up to closeout.
- Uphold and champion Prodigy’s values, mission, brand standards, and commitment to Health & Safety at all times.
- Effectively communicate with clients, consultants, internal teams, and trade partners to maintain alignment and drive project success.
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met, including quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Drive schedule recovery efforts and corrective action plans when required.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with company standards.
People & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and support project staff across cross-functional teams.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities and participating in proposal efforts where required.
Field & Site Support
- Collaborate closely with Project Superintendents to ensure effective site execution.
- Support site teams with timely decisions, clarifications, and issue resolution.
- Foster positive working relationships with trades, suppliers, and field personnel.
About You:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Project Management roles with a General Contractor in the ICI construction sector.
- Practical experience with Construction Management and Stipulated Sum contract models; Design-Build, IPD, and hybrid models considered an asset.
- Awareness of current industry trends, best practices, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to independently manage several smaller projects or one larger project.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, accounting/cost-tracking systems (Jonas or similar), Procore, Bluebeam, and related industry software.
- Proven ability to meet project objectives related to schedule,
budget, and quality.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to persevere through challenges.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to interpret and apply contract drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving conflicts effectively

Approximate Annual Salary Range for this role: $100,000 - $150,000
Final compensation is determined based on experience, certifications, education/training, work location, and the size and the complexity of the projects assigned.
