Bringing over 15 years of expertise, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced Transmission and Distribution systems, emphasizing high voltage solutions and intelligent electronic devices. Mentor junior engineers while collaborating across disciplines to develop productive battery energy storage strategies that enhance grid reliability. Your strong communication skills will ensure seamless client interactions and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design advanced T&D; systems with battery energy storage components




• Integrate IEDs in compliance with industry regulations
• Develop strategies for optimizing power infrastructure
• Guide junior engineers and support their professional growth
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for project success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s is a plus
• Minimum 15 years of experience in T&D; systems
• Proven capabilities in substations and control systems
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Professional Engineering license in Ontario preferred
