GPS Insight is seeking a motivated Installation Coordinator to enhance the customer installation experience for our GPS tracking solutions. This role collaborates with Technical Support, Account Management, and third-party vendors to deliver installations that are on time and on budget. If you're adept at solving problems and maintaining project momentum, this position offers a high-impact challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full installation lifecycle for client projects
• Select best-fit installation vendors based on technical needs
• Coordinate scheduling and act as the main contact during installations
• Monitor 75-100 active projects monthly for timely execution
• Address hardware or billing discrepancies and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
• 1+ years in project coordination or technical support
• Knowledge of 12-24VDC electrical systems
• Solid ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
