What You’ll Do

- Accurately and safely fill prescriptions in accordance with established workflows and SOPs.

- Provide patient counselling on new therapies, ensuring understanding and confidence in medication use. Support adherence monitoring and ongoing medication consultations as needed.

- Maintain and update patient profiles in compliance with privacy legislation and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).





- Provide relief coverage for scheduled absences, peak volumes, or short-notice needs.

- Weekend availability is considered a strong asset.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensing: Part A licensed pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, in good standing.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume environments preferred.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Kroll and pharmacy-related IT systems.

- Detail-Oriented: High attention to accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation.

- Adaptable & Reliable: Comfortable stepping into coverage as needed and working independently when required.

- Strong Communicator: Transparent verbal and written communication skills with patients and internal teams.
