The V&V; Lead position requires at least 5 to 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects. You will guide the implementation of the verification and validation process, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Verification & Validation Plan
• Oversee the Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RTVM)
• Coordinate with testing, commissioning,



and design teams
• Support compliance verification for systems and subsystems
• Track and manage V&V-related; risks and non-conformances
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in V&V; or engineering
• Familiarity with RTVM and tools like DOORS
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in safety-critical environments preferred
