Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic design and technical governance efforts
• Manage multidisciplinary integration for facilities




• Enforce compliance with Canadian codes and industry standards
• Input risk and opportunity management strategies
• Provide construction oversight and technical recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 15+ years of relevant project experience
• Minimum 10 years in leadership positions
• Expertise in high-speed rail design and delivery
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred
