You will collaborate across multiple jurisdictions and sectors, ensuring a strategic partnership with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal insights on technology and commercial matters
• Negotiate and draft complex SaaS and services agreements




• Lead bespoke commercial negotiations and customer transactions
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance
• Manage external legal advisors when necessary
Requirements:
• 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience
• Robust skills in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Solid understanding of Canadian law
• Experience in digital health or AI is a plus
• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
