You will set up new claims, maintain correspondence with insurers, and document critical claims information. A proactive attitude and effective multitasking are vital to succeed in this position while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up new claims and prepare Loss Notices
• Track assignments of non-Program claims
• Handle courtesy calls on new claims




• Update, document, and manage claims information in LEO
• Process opening and closing notices
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in writing and speech
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Level 1 license required
• Attention to detail and precision essential
• Customer-focused and capable under pressure
