As the Manager of Technical Standards, you will report directly to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management. This position requires a strong leader with at least five years in similar roles, particularly in an electric utility sector. Your commitment to asset lifecycle optimization will play a crucial role in meeting escalating reliability and safety expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish technical governance and performance review processes
• Align maintenance strategies with asset sustainability goals
• Manage the development of Asset Management Plans




• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety codes
• Lead risk modeling for Distribution System plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Qualified Engineer license
• At least five years of leadership experience
• Electric utility engineering knowledge desirable
• Strong technology skills, preferably with Google Workspace
• English essential; bilingual ability is a plus
