About The Role

The position of Chief Business Analyst within the CTO Performance & Evolution team offers a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the organization’s technological and operational landscape. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing, structuring, and enhancing cross-functional reporting processes, ensuring alignment across operational, tactical, and executive levels. Your expertise will support decision-making by defining and evolving reporting frameworks, managing governance processes, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. This role requires a high level of synthesis, executive writing skills, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives within a transforming organization. You will work closely with senior management and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and streamlined processes that support the bank’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications





- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field related to finance, business administration, information technology, or a similar discipline
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, analysis, and reporting
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong research, market intelligence, synthesis, and executive writing skills
- Mastery of Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to communicate technical or specialized information effectively at an executive level
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities, and navigating ambiguous or complex situations
- Knowledge of banking operations and information security industry is an asset

Responsibilities

- Analyze and structure cross-functional reporting needs, ensuring consistency and coherence across operational, tactical, and strategic levels
- Define, develop, and continuously improve reporting frameworks, including key indicators, narratives, and reporting frequencies
- Document and evolve the CTO’s governance processes, including committees, roles, and decision-making mechanisms




- Support the preparation and presentation of structured content for accountability bodies and governance committees
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure high-quality content delivery and smooth processes
- Coordinate with various teams to align reporting and governance practices with organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting frameworks and governance processes, recommending improvements as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
