• Ensure safe and productive drilling operations
• Oversee rig start-ups, moves, and compliance activities
• Conduct safety meetings and promote incident prevention
• Monitor performance and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• Valid certifications including H2S Alive and Well Control
• Previous drilling industry supervisory experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
