What You'll Do Serve as the central hub for project coordination across internal teams and external partners Lead daily syncs across time zones — aligning priorities, removing blockers, and smoothing handoffs Manage day-to-day communication with vendors, licensees, and stakeholders , ensuring everyone’s aligned on timelines and deliverables Translate business goals into clear project plans , timelines, and next steps Maintain project documentation and workflows in Monday.Com , with time tracking/reporting via Harvest Track progress, flag risks early, and manage scope or timeline changes proactively Support project budgeting and vendor cost tracking Foster a culture of clarity, accountability,
