This critical position reports to the EVP, Investment Finance & Operations. You will lead a talented team responsible for private equity and credit valuations while actively enhancing methodologies and processes for approximately $40 billion in assets. Your expertise will directly influence relationships across the C-Suite and ensure our valuation practices align with leading market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and manage a team of ~10 valuation professionals
• Direct quarterly and annual valuation processes for $40 billion
• Provide independent challenge on valuation assumptions




• Oversee maintenance of financial models for portfolio assets
• Collaborate with deal teams on transactions and asset queries
Requirements:
• 12+ years of valuations experience with complex investments
• 7+ years of progressive team leadership experience
• 5+ years of executive-level communication skills
• Chartered Business Valuation (CBV) or equivalent required
• Expertise in private and public investment valuation methodologies
