Our established construction industry Client is looking to add the talents of a creative Structural or Civil Engineer to the organization to lead to their innovative group in the delivery of code-compliant Bridge designs, drawings, and related documents. Combining hands-on structural design and professional practice with the ability to coach and further develop an established, high-performing engineering team, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Project teams to deliver turn-key engineered packages.

A valid Canadian Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng) is required to seal & stamp drawings and issue letters of certification. The ideal candidate is a robust communicator and team player,



able to showcase past experiences with structural steel installations to Canadian standards as Engineer of Record on Bridge projects. Familiarity with a variety of tools (AutoCAD, Solidworks, RISA) will be essential to success. This is an opportunity for an established Bridge Engineer to make an impact with a busy and growing business in a leadership role.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $120 000 - $140 000

Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
