Finance & Accounting Manager – Remote (Canada) Inspiration Commerce Group (ICG) is seeking a full‑time, remote‑first Finance & Accounting Manager to ensure the integrity and timeliness of our financial data. Pay CA$80,000 – CA$100,000 per year. About the Role This role focuses on driving accurate, timely, compliant financial reporting across 2‑3 entities, while building scalable systems and automating routine processes. Responsibilities Close the month within 5 business days for multiple entities, booking revenue/expenses, applying transfer pricing, accruals, and journal entries. Prepare individual reporting for 2‑3 legal entities and a consolidated view (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash‑flow Statements). Coordinate tax obligations across Canada, USA and EU, support sales tax/VAT filing, and partner with external tax teams for year‑end preparation and optimization. Automate and scale accounting processes using modern tooling and AI to reduce manual, repetitive work. Requirements / Qualifications Foundation in finance & accounting, experience with multi‑entity reporting, tax coordination, and system automation.
