Are you a skilled Journeyperson Concrete Finisher / Mason looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a major industrial project at Ledcor in Fort Saskatchewan, AB? This role focuses on construction excellence and safety while contributing to a significant expansion initiative.
Essential Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings, meeting project specifications.
- Apply knowledge of industrial concrete forming and engineered forming systems.
- Direct placement of concrete into forms or surfaces.
- Finish concrete smoothly, wet and dry, using hand, broom, and power tools.
- Operate a vibrating concrete machine and screed concrete.
- Dismantle concrete forms, ramps, and barricades.
- Collaborate closely with formwork carpenters to complete projects.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Must hold a Journeyperson Concrete Finisher/Mason ticket issued by a recognized provincial training authority.
- Non-ticketed candidates must have 4+ years’ relevant experience.
- Successfully complete pre‑access drug and alcohol testing.
- Present a valid government photo ID.
- Complete pre‑access client online orientations.
Work Conditions
- Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off.
- Weekly wage payment.
