We are seeking a Business Consultant to drive requirements gathering, data governance, and solutioning for a major enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF) initiative. You will establish party model logic, customer matching rules, and data quality standards while guiding cross-border UAT and project implementation. This is a consulting job with 37.5 working hours per week, and the client is one of the major banks.

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Toronto

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and lead solution discussions for the operational Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF) and Party Model logic.
- Define rules for consistent customer data collection, data aggregation, channel permissions, and cross-border customer matching across lines of business.
- Act as a Data Steward to establish data quality standards, monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analysis on data deficiencies, and drive remediation plans with stakeholders.




- Support project implementation by leading Data Acceptance Testing (DAT), developing UAT strategy and plans, and providing post-deployment support.

Must-Have Requirements

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, or Data Steward within the financial services sector.
- Deep domain expertise in Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF), Master Data Management (MDM), or Customer Domain Party Models.
- Proven track record in data governance, customer data matching, data cleansing rules, and defining data quality metrics.
- Hands-on experience driving UAT strategy, Data Acceptance Testing, and end-to-end project implementation support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with Data Owners, Tech Teams, and Governance offices.
