IRIS Sidney is seeking an experienced Licensed Optician Manager to lead our newly renovated practice and inspire an exceptional team. Our newly renovated store provides a fresh, modern environment to showcase your optical expertise, while our engaged Partner Optometrist is committed to collaboration, clinical excellence, and building a strong vision care community together.

As Licensed Optician Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations, coaching and motivating the team, and driving continued growth through exceptional service and personalized eyewear solutions. Responsibilities

- Lead daily operations of the practice and ensure high standards of patient care and service.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Drive growth through personalized eyewear solutions and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Partner Optometrist to support clinical excellence and build a strong vision care community.

Qualifications

- Current Licensed Optician with eligibility to manage optical operations.
- Management or leadership experience in a retail optical setting preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lead a team, manage daily operations, and partner with clinical staff to deliver quality patient care.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Sidney, BC as needed.
