The responsibilities include the following:Advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutionsLeverage PM/BA skills to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders around upcoming or existing regulatory changes, capital markets product offerings, and business enhancementsLead and present product deliverables and effectively liaison between front office, middle office, back office, and other supporting functionsPresent findings and recommendations to client leadershipTrack project level risk issues and dependencies and face off with key stakeholdersAssist stakeholders by evaluating existing operating models, designing current and future process flows, and developing Target Operating ModelsEngage with client teams to analyze, evaluate, and enhance client’s Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets businessesContinue to upskill on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and leverage Sia’s tools and other innovative applications to service client needsQualifications3+ years of Capital Markets experience within Fixed Income, Equities,



Foreign Exchange derivatives product areas including an overall understanding of the trade lifecycle processes3+ years of recent client-facing management consulting experienceBachelor’s degree required preferably in a Business or related fieldStrong knowledge of the US and global regulatory landscape within financial services preferredRequired knowledge of regulations and securities transactions to help conduct requirement analysis, facilitate rule interpretations, document business and functional requirements and drive issue remediationExperience with program and project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall; collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or other)Ability to quickly learn and conduct independent research; will need to apply new knowledge to own analysis and team management responsibilitiesUnderstanding of upstream / downstream applications and dataStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deliverables, work on multiple workstreams from inception through implementation and adhere to tight deadlinesStrong Interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholdersAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Sia is an equal opportunity employer.
