Senior Manager‑ Quality Network‑ Assurance Join EY as a Senior Manager within our Quality Network – Assurance team. This role supports EY assurance professionals across Canada in delivering high‑quality audit engagements. As part of the Quality Network team, you will provide coaching and support to audit teams on strategy, issue resolution, and audit methodology. You will also participate in key elements of the firm’s system of quality management (SQM), such as teaching practice, attending internal and external inspections, and contributing to the firm’s continuous improvement. Responsibilities Research and respond to audit methodology questions from assurance staff on a variety of topics. Deliver hands‑on formal and informal coaching to audit teams on technical and team‑management matters. Keep current with industry literature and training to advance skill sets. Coordinate with EY Professional Practice to promote knowledge sharing. Skills and Attributes for Success Self‑starter with strong organizational and project‑management skills; high attention todetail. Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication abilities. Analytical and conceptual thinking. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently with minimal guidance. Proactive, anticipatory approach to problem solving. Comfortable interacting with partners and senior leadership across the country. Strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Experience facilitating internal training or external presentations. Qualifications Minimum 8 years’ experience on assurance engagements of varied size, complexity, and industry. Strong technical background in Global Audit Methodology. Strong research, organizational,



and project‑management skills. Strong communication skills. Completion of the CPA or CA designation. High performance rating in Quality. Ideal Additional Experience PCAOB and ICFR experience.
