We have partnered with a company who is seeking an experience Anaplan Solutions Architect who can drive the design of their Anaplan system across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Capital Planning, Regulatory Reporting, Workforce Planning, and Enterprise Performance Management processes.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for complex Anaplan implementations.
- Define scalable model structures, data hubs, application layers, and reporting architectures.
- Review and approve solution designs, build approaches, and deployment plans.
- Develop and maintain Anaplan platform governance, architecture standards, and development frameworks.
- Establish model lifecycle management processes including development, testing, release management, and production support.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines and metadata management processes.
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and auditability across planning platforms.
- Provide technical leadership to Anaplan model builders, solution architects, and implementation partners.




- Mentor junior developers and establish development best practices.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to translate strategic requirements into architecture roadmaps.
- Act as the primary advisor for Anaplan platform strategy and future-state architecture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or planning solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan solution architecture experience.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Data Hubs
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- User Security
- Selective Access
- HyperModel
- Proven experience leading large-scale Anaplan implementations.
- Solid understanding of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Experience integrating Anaplan with cloud and on-premises data platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
