In this full-time position, you will manage and support SIA’s development teams, elevating internal products while ensuring high-quality standards across all engagements. Your role will collaborate closely with studio leaders and product managers, balancing leadership with product vision, impacting both team dynamics and delivery success at SIA Innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain product vision for LAB solutions
• Guarantee quality delivery in all LAB activities
• Coach teams through software development lifecycle
• Communicate LAB standards effectively
• Foster collaborative improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 6 to 10 years of application development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or similar
• Robust understanding of Agile processes
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience with AI integration is a plus
