Experienced Driver (Evergreen)

FedEx Express Canada is hiring a full‑time Experienced Driver in London, ON. The role requires operating company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages, while working in a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes.

Position Summary

- Operate company vehicles and perform effective delivery and pickup of packages.
- Work as a courier on a floating capacity, not on a regular assigned route.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills (Best Practices methods).
- Promote continued sales and generate incremental revenue opportunities where possible.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of previous courier experience.
- Minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
- Good analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, communication, customer relations and organizational skills.

bilingual in French and English.

Location, Hours, and Compensation

Address: 461 Exeter Rd, London, ON

Hours: Saturday, Sunday – Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)

Pay: $22.56 per hour (based on location), weekly paychecks, benefits package, employee discount, tuition reimbursement.
