Key Responsibilities:
• Establish the overall training strategy and execution plan
• Develop technical training materials and resources
• Monitor ongoing training effectiveness and iterate curriculum




• Engage with CIO teams for skill gap identification
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and workflows
Requirements:
• Advanced experience in Cloud, Data, or AI fields
• Proven success in managing and delivering training at scale
• Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
• Relevant technical certifications are required
• Adult education certification is an asset
