Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and manage Outside Counsel Guidelines documentation
• Develop and deliver risk-related training for legal professionals
• Coordinate with Legal Counsel on OCG demands and trends




• Assist in negotiating commercial agreements for the Firm
• Research legal developments and prepare guidance materials
Requirements:
• Law degree and membership with the Law Society of Ontario
• 3-4 years of experience in business law firms or in-house
• Proven negotiation and drafting skills in legal agreements
• Strong public speaking and training experience
• Client-service oriented with strong relationship management skills
