Senior Cloud Application Engineer

- Contract Length: 6-12 Months

Senior Cloud Application Engineer for a top client. Seeking a senior-level technology professional to support enterprise-scale cloud transformation, modernization, platform engineering, and digital delivery initiatives. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Drive automation, operational excellence, and cloud-native adoption.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Support enterprise modernization and transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

- 10-15+ years of progressive IT experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.




- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.
- Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction.

Technical Skills

- Role-specific technologies include Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Backstage, Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, OpenTelemetry, and cloud-native architecture patterns as applicable to the role.
