This position entails developing investment strategies, underwriting opportunities, and creating valuable relationships within the CDFI community. You'll also actively represent OFN at industry conferences and work collaboratively across organizational domains to fulfill the mission of driving capital to low-income communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead investment originations and sector strategies
• Develop innovative funding structures and products




• Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements
• Direct the preparation of investment memoranda
• Engage with members during industry events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or substantial experience equivalent
• 12+ years in finance-related fields
• Proven skills in financial modeling and investment analysis
• Minimum of 5 years in underwriting or credit analysis
• Familiarity with CDFI or impact investing is a plus
