Position: Industrial Laborer, Atikokan Sawmill. Full‑time permanent. Location: Atikokan, Ontario, Canada.

Your responsibilities:

- Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of assigned areas of the factory.
- Operate equipment safely and monitor its use as required.
- Ensure product quality meets standards and customer requirements.
- Perform repetitive, manual tasks for extended periods (e.g., piling lumber, standing, walking, shoveling, climbing stairs, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Possess experience with or around manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal profile:

- Grade 12 High School diploma or equivalent.
- Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or labour experience is an asset.
- Age 18 or older.
- Uncompromising approach to safety.
- Effective communication and collaborative skills.




- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a rotating 4‑days‑on/4‑days‑off schedule.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atikokan Sawmill.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Interest in the industrial setting and resourcefulness.

Your team:

- Reporting to the Sawmill / Planer Supervisor and working with a results‑oriented team encouraged to exceed expectations.
