Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Facilities Development Plan and design vision

• Resolve major technical issues during delivery
Requirements:
• Engineering degree; P.Eng. designation preferred
• 15+ years in infrastructure or transportation projects
• Minimum of 10 years in leadership positions
• Familiarity with rail or metro facilities delivery
• Bilingual in French and English for stakeholder engagement
