As the Lead Design Director, you will be at the forefront of developing methodologies and processes that support our mission, empowering a agile team in the creation of imaginative spaces. Your role encompasses leadership in both design execution and the strategic direction of projects across various client sectors, ensuring our solutions resonate with Parks & Recreation and commercial needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 8+ years of design expertise; 3+ years in leadership
• Experience with immersive and narrative-driven projects
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Unreal and 3ds Max
• Bilingual communication strength in English and French
• Team-oriented experience with multi-disciplinary collaboration
