What You Will Do
- Investigate, support, and/or lead the coordination of product security vulnerabilities, incidents, and urgent security situations in collaboration with Customer Security Directors, customer units, Enterprise Security, product organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Provide daily support for vulnerability handling, incident response, and operational coordination during Americas business hours.
- Conduct routine vulnerability monitoring, alerting, triage, and verification, while contributing to process improvement, scalability, and automation.
- Serve as PSIRT’s representative and trusted advisor to other Ericsson organizations on product security matters. Some travel will be required.
- Contribute to end‑to‑end product security process development and represent Ericsson in external forums such as FIRST, ETIS, and GSMA.
What You Will Bring
- Demonstrated ability to investigate, assess, and coordinate internal and third‑party vulnerabilities, with practical knowledge of frameworks such as CVE, CWE, and CVSS.
- Solid background in incident response and/or incident management, with the ability to remain structured and effective under pressure.
- Familiarity with product development, operations, deployment, and/or product management, with sufficient technical depth to engage credibly in product security matters.
- Robust understanding of AI use cases for process automation in a security context.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a global and diverse set of stakeholders.
- A proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Assets include: experience in a PSIRT or related function, Bash/Python scripting skills, digital forensics experience in Linux environments, security certifications (Security+, OSCP, CISM, CISSP), and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Approved security clearance/vetting is required for this position.
