Enwave in Toronto is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in capital projects. This full time position involves hands-on management and improvement of financial processes in the energy sector.
As a key finance professional, you will focus on capital governance and collaborate with the Manager, Capital Projects. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, tracking project costs, and engaging with business partners to support asset recordkeeping. You will also drive improvements and assist in compliance and grant reporting, ensuring all processes align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee capital spend and project forecast management
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports




• Track and manage construction work in progress
• Aid compliance with funding and audit requirements
• Implement new systems and improve workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA is preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience as a Senior Financial Analyst
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting systems
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
