Join WSP’s Property & Buildings team in a senior electrical design role. Bring your expertise in electrical engineering to diverse projects, mentor junior engineers, and deliver innovative, client‑focused solutions that shape communities.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex building projects.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, client‑focused solutions.
- Ensure all design documents meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in every project.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid PEO license.
- 10+ years of experience in the engineering consulting industry.
- Proven expertise in electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading electrical system design across multiple facility types.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $114,600 – $151,800

MB & ON: $104,500 – $143,900

Atlantic Provinces & QC: $103,500 – $137,400

Final salary may vary based on education, experience, location, and performance.
