As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development / Sales Account Manager to expand our dealer network, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with customers across Canada and the U.S.

Compensation

This is a primarily commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

We are looking for a sales skilled who is motivated by results and enjoys building long-term customer relationships. Your earning potential is directly tied to your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Expand and manage our dealer network.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, property managers, distributors, and commercial customers.
- Prepare quotations and project estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
- Follow up on company-generated leads while proactively developing your own sales pipeline.
- Manage projects from initial customer inquiry through order completion.




- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent Roll Pro at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience .
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling building materials, construction products, industrial products, doors, shutters, garage doors, windows, or other technical products is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an asset.
