This role is for an engineer ready to solve the challenges of online gameplay. You'll partner with designers, artists, and producers to craft engaging multiplayer experiences. We need someone with solid technical skills, strong collaboration abilities, and the flexibility to adapt as our studio grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop real-time multiplayer systems in UE5
• Tackle networking challenges including synchronization
• Collaborate with design and production teams to refine features
• Write productive, maintainable, and tested code
• Mentor team members and uphold engineering practices
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in game development software roles
• Proficient in C++ and knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Experience in distributed server systems
• Exposure to low-latency networking techniques
