You will play a key role in managing support incidents, identifying process gaps, and providing ongoing SAP support. Your expertise will also contribute to training efforts for current hires and existing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SAP incidents and level 1 support issues
• Collaborate with users to gather detailed issue information
• Identify and resolve problematic data or processes
• Write functional specifications in areas like order to cash
• Train individuals and present to groups on system updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of SAP support and implementation experience
• 2+ years of ABAP and debugging experience
• Knowledge in SD, MM, and IM preferred
• ITIL certification is a plus
