The firm is widely recognized for delivering innovative, sustainable, and community-focused design solutions across multiple sectors, including defense and federal projects. With an extensive project pipeline and a collaborative studio culture, this is an opportunity to influence some of the city’s most meaningful projects from concept to completion. THE ROLE As a Senior Architect, you will take ownership of complex architectural projects—guiding them through design, documentation, and construction phases. You’ll manage diverse client relationships, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure project delivery aligns with expectations. This role requires strategic thinking and technical precision. You’ll lead multidisciplinary coordination, oversee contract administration, and mentor junior team members—all while ensuring a seamless dialogue between client vision, project execution, and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to uphold design excellence across all stages.
