The Client Advisor is the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional, personalized service to drive sales and build long-term relationships. Based at the Vancouver Oakridge Shopping Centre, the role provides expert product knowledge and styling advice while maintaining the brand’s standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients with a qualified, personalized approach to create a luxury shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual targets.
- Build and maintain a client book, conducting follow-ups and organizing appointments and events.
- Process transactions,



manage POS operations, support inventory replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising.

Requirements

- Previous experience in luxury retail, high‑end fashion, jewelry, watches, or related lifestyle brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and storytelling abilities to engage and advise clients.
- Proven sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer‑centric mindset, cultural awareness, and strong teamwork skills.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
